Day 1 : Split Arrival

Upon arrival at Split airport, transfer to the Split harbor and board the cruise. You will join an informative guided tour of the beautiful historical town of Split which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and boasts an abundance of classic Roman architecture, dominated by the splendid Diocletian Palace. Tonight, your week’s wine-themed island-hopping will begin with a welcome meet and greet cocktail reception on board where you will taste the delicious local wine. You will be introduced to the wine-expert Cruise Director, friendly Captain, and crew and fellow food & wine enthusiasts. Sample the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the Split old town with an abundance of wine bars, for those with the energy.

Day 2 : Split – Sibenik

Today, set sail for the medieval city of Sibenik, founded over 1000 years ago.

On arrival, we visit the stunning Krka Waterfalls National Park, mother nature’s phenomenon. Admire the beautiful waterfalls and stroll along pathways winding through the lush flora with a refreshing swim opportunity in front of stunning waterfalls. Return to Sibenik where you can meander through the labyrinth of backstreets to discover the charm of medieval Croatia. Dinner will be served in an authentic Croatian restaurant, washed down with heavenly local wine.

Day 3 : Sibenik – Vis

Today, sail towards the peaceful island of Vis, which was once a strategic Yugoslav naval base.

Due to the island’s seclusion and isolation, Vis has a unique charm that typifies ‘the Mediterranean as it once was’. You will enjoy a fantastic wine-tasting experience at a the Lipanovic Family Winery, where you will sample some of the delicious local wines. Taste a vast range of great quality wines, produced on the island; from ‘Babic’ red wine, with traces of dark berries, plums & figs to the distinct spices of the refreshing ‘Posip’ white wine.

Day 4 : Vis – Hvar

Today, cruise on to the cosmopolitan island of Hvar which is renowned for its stunning and fragrant fields of lavender & its vineyards.

The town fort overlooks the harbor and offers stunning scenic views of the Pakleni islands. You will take a guided wine tour to the famous Tomic Winery where you will sample a range of delightful award-winning wines, from meaty reds to outstanding dessert wines. Hvar also has a large mix of excellent restaurants, bars, and cafes to sample. The Old Town offers a large mix of lively restaurants, bars, and cafes to sample tonight.

Day 5 : Hvar – Korcula

Today, head on to the striking island of Korčula, which is best known as the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo.

The small fortified town, ruled by Venetians in the past, has an ingenious layout in the shape of a fishbone to prevent the strong winds from chilling the houses in winter. You will have plenty of time to explore this charming medieval town, followed by a wine tasting trip to a local winery, where you will enjoy panoramic views. Enjoy the local Dalmatian gastronomy in an excellent choice of local restaurants.

Day 6 : Korcula – Slano

Today, set sail early in the morning to the tranquil and stunning Mljet National Park.

On arrival, join the local guide for a walking tour to the famous salt lakes. Continue to the peaceful village of Slano, a traditional fishermen’s village and the entrance point to Ston, another fortified small village that is famous for its oysters. You will visit an oyster farm to sample fresh, tasty oysters, washed down with the local wine & brandy liquor. Enjoy an evening meal in one of the inviting restaurants along the waterfront.

Day 7 : Slano - Dubrovnik

On the final day of your cruise, make an early departure to Dubrovnik.

The ancient city boasts many historical buildings that date back to the time of the old Dubrovnik Republic. You will have an extensive guided walking tour of this magnificent city, famed as one of the settings for the ‘Game of Thrones’ and you will enjoy magnificent, panoramic scenic views of the ancient city and the beautiful Elaphiti Islands. We will then enjoy a farewell dinner in the rural Konavle region, with a family that traces their ancestry back over 300 years.

Day 8 : Dubrovnik Departure

After breakfast, say goodbye to all the crew and fellow guests after an incredible Food &Wine-themed adventure. A private vehicle will transfer you to the Dubrovnik airport or your onward hotel.
