Day 1 : London Arrival

Arrive at London airport and a private vehicle will transfer you to your hotel where you can check in.

Day 2 : London

Today, spend the day exploring London on a Hop-On Hop-Off Bus (2 days).

After breakfast, transfer to London bus stop to board a bus to Bath. Once you arrive in Bath, transfer to the accommodation and check in.

Day 5 : Bath

Today, embark on a day trip to Stonehenge, Salisbury, and Cotswold villages.

Your first stop is at Stonehenge, an archaeological marvel and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Witness the site itself—a circle of gigantic stones standing in the heart of the English countryside—which is made even more impressive by its mysterious history. Next, make your way to Salisbury where you will take a tour of the Salisbury Cathedral. You can then explore the city independently and discover a delightful array of shops, restaurants and cafes. Day 6 : Bath - Windermere

After breakfast, transfer to Bath station to catch a train to Windermere. Once you arrive in Windermere, transfer to the accommodation and check in.

The perfect jumping-off point for explorations in the Lake District—England’s largest and most-visited national park—the town of Windermere also abuts the country’s largest lake. Within easy reach of heritage villages and scenic attractions, Windermere makes a perfect base for weekend getaway.

Day 7 : Windermere

Today, embark on a full-day tour of Lake District.

Traveling by air-conditioned minivan with an expert guide, explore the beauty spots and villages of central Lakeland as you learn about its history. Ascend high mountain passes, visit a waterfall, take a sightseeing cruise, and see ten of the most beautiful lakes, including Buttermere and Thirlmere. Discover Borrowdale and quaint villages such as Grasmere; visit Castlerigg Stone Circle; and enjoy free time for lunch in the market town of Keswick.

Day 8 : Windermere - Edinburgh

After breakfast, transfer to Windermere train station to catch a train to Edinburgh. Once you arrive in Edinburgh, transfer to the accommodation and check in.

In the evening, embark on a tour that takes you into Edinburgh’s Ghostly Underground Vaults.

Edinburgh is notoriously one of the most haunted places in the UK, making it a prime destination for ghost-hunters. You’ll hear all about how Edinburgh’s ghoulish ancestors, the infamous Edinburgh mob revelled in blood, guts, and gore. Your guide will tell you troubling but true tales about gruesome punishment and the unsettled spirits that roam the city, and providing tales of life and death in old Edinburgh. Some of the stories may be a bit close for comfort as you visit the shadowy places where the ghosts still cling to ancient sites. The ghoulish evening ends with a drink and further tales in an atmospheric tavern.

Day 9 : Edinburgh

After breakfast, embark on walking tour of Edinburgh with skip-the-line access to Edinburgh Castle.

As you walk, listen as your guide shares the history of this formidable city with ancient Roman roots and UNESCO-listed pockets. Explore atmospheric cobbled walkways along the Royal Mile, breeze into Edinburgh Castle to witness royal opulence, and pass iconic locations like St Giles Cathedral, Parliament Square and John Knox House.

Day 10 : Edinburgh – Fort Augustus

For the next two days, embark on a guided tour takes you from Edinburgh to the gateway of the Highlands at Fort William, and on a world-famous steam train ride that passes Loch Ness, Ben Nevis, and other natural wonders of Scotland.

On the first day, depart from Edinburgh and travel past the Forth Railway Bridge, then take a woodland walk in the Highlands at Dunkeld. Continue through the breath-taking Drumochter Pass, skirt the stunning peaks of the Cairngorm National Park, and visit Culloden, the last stand of the Jacobites against government forces.

Day 11 : Fort Augustus – Edinburgh

Today, Take a steam train journey back in time. The Jacobite steam train route has been rated as one of the world's great train journeys.

The 84-mile (135-km) round-trip route passes through Britain's highest mountain, deepest loch, shortest river, and westernmost train station. Cross the viaduct featured in the Harry Potter movies and pass the Glenfinnan Monument, where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard at the beginning of the 1745 Jacobite rising.

Have lunch in the west coast town of Mallaig, where you can taste the best of Scottish seafood. Head back to Edinburgh via Glen Coe. Visit Glen Coe, where the MacDonalds were betrayed, and then experience the beauty of Rannoch Moor and Stirlingshire en route.

Your tour concludes in Edinburgh. Transfer to the accommodation and check in.

Day 12 : Edinburgh - Inverness

After breakfast, transfer to Edinburgh station to catch a train to Inverness. Once you arrive in Inverness, transfer to the accommodation and check in.

Situated along the River Ness at the end of the Great Glen, Inverness is a picturesque town surrounded by medieval ruins, prehistoric sites, and the rugged landscapes of the Scottish Highlands.

Day 13 : Inverness

Today, proceed for a full-day trip to Isle of Skye and visit Eilean Donan Castle.

Travel in style in a Mercedes mini-coach and hear about Scotland's turbulent past from your knowledgeable guide. Marvel at the views of the mountains of Wester Ross on the drive to Eilean Donan Castle. Visit the castle before traveling over the bridge to Skye. Head through the mountainous heart of the island before arriving in the harbour town of Portree for lunch. After lunch the drive takes you around the Trotternish Peninsula. The guide will point out landmarks, including the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock and Quiraing. Make your way back through majestic Glen Shiel, along the shores of Loch Clunie. The final part of the trip takes you along the banks of mighty Loch Ness.

Day 14 : Inverness - Edinburgh Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Inverness station and board a train to Edinburgh.

Upon arrival, a private vehicle will transfer you to Edinburgh airport where you can catch your flight back home.
