Day 1 : Zurich Arrival

Upon arrival at Zurich airport, a private vehicle will take you to your hotel/apartment. Check in at the hotel and later proceed to explore the spectacular Rhine Falls.

Enjoy unrivaled views of Europe’s biggest waterfall, The Rhine Falls. These falls are located on the High Rhine on the border between the cantons of Schaffhausen and Zürich. The nearest community is Neuhausen am Rheinfall, where you can also view the Wörth Castle. Boat trips can be taken up the Rhine to the falls and to see the Rheinfallfelsen, a large limestone rock. There are also viewing platforms with a spectacular view of the falls built on both sides of the Rhine. In its most abundant state the waterfall reaches a spectacular width of 492 feet, so it’s quite a spectacle.

Day 2 : Zurich - Lucerne

Today transfer to Lucerne via train. Upon arriving in Lucerne, transfer to your accommodation and check in.

Later combine a cruise on Lake Lucerne with an Indian dinner and enjoy the unique landscape of Central Switzerland. Referred to as the heart of Switzerland, the 44-square-mile (114-sq-km) lake is bordered on all sides by mountain scenery that will take your breath away.

Day 3 : Lucerne

Today, visit Mt. Titlis.

Enjoy a fantastic day at Mt. Titlis in the snow at 3,020 metres above sea-level. Titlis is the jewel in Central Switzerland's crown and the only glacier in the area. The world's first revolving gondola revolves 360 degrees during the five-minute trip, giving a panoramic view. Panoramic views of snow-covered mountains and unspoilt Alpine landscapes will make you feel on top of the world. The Ice Flyer chairlift sweeps you smoothly and safely over crisp, virgin snowfields and icy depths. All kinds of fun snow activities wait at the glacier park including snow tubing which is the ultimate alternative sledging experience. Cliff Walk holds a record of Europe's highest suspension bridge - 500 metres off the ground. 150 heart-pounding steps! Sample some chocolate from over 300 different or create your own personal chocolate package. You can also take photos with your loved ones dressed in traditional Swiss costumes.

Day 4 : Lucerne - Interlaken

Make your way to Interlaken via train. Check in at the hotel/apartment and later proceed to Harder Kulm.

It takes less than 10 minutes to travel from Interlaken up to the Harder Kulm, Interlaken’s home mountain. Here, at 1322 m above sea level, you enjoy fabulous views of the Jungfrau Region with the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau as well as Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. The Panorama restaurant and the Two Lakes Bridge vantage platform are among the main attractions on Harder Kulm.  Also be mesmerized by the great views from the modern, glass-roofed panorama carriages.  Experience the folk music live in a unique setting.

Day 5 : Interlaken

Today you will be visiting Jungfrau, aka the top of Europe. 

Travel to Jungfrau passing through spectacular Swiss scenery to the village of Grindelwald. Board a cogwheel train up the Jungfraujoch pass and arrive at Europe’s highest railway station, known as the 'Top of Europe'. Absorb magnificent panoramas of snow-capped Alpine spires from a height of 11,333 feet (3,454m); gaze at the jagged peak of Europe’s largest glacier, and explore a fairytale ice palace while enjoying illuminating commentary from your guide.

Day 6 : Interlaken

Take a seat in Switzerland’s first commercial jet boat, and enjoy a spectacular ride on the turquoise waters of Lake Brienz!

Day 7 : Interlaken - Montreux

Today transfer to Montreaux via train. Upon arrival, transfer to your accommodation and check in and enjoy the day at leisure.

The town of Montreux nestles in a sheltered Lake Geneva bay, surrounded by vineyards and against the breathtaking backdrop of snow-covered Alps. Because of the exceptionally mild climate, Montreux is called the capital of the Vaud Riviera. The lakefront promenade between chic Montreux and charming Vevey is said to be the finest in Switzerland. The terraced vineyards of Lavaux, meanwhile, have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 8 : Montreux

Today, you will be going on a journey on The Chocolate Train that goes from Montreux to Broc and back.

The Chocolate Train is a first class trip that will take you to the Maison du Gruyère where the mysteries of the production of this famous Swiss cheese will be revealed to you.

Then you visit the charming medieval town of Gruyères, with the possibility to visit its magnificent castle.

Finally, you reach the legendary Maison Cailler in Broc. There, you will discover the secrets of the creation of Swiss chocolate and enjoy a high flavoured tasting.

Day 9 : Montreux - Zermatt

Today proceed to Zermatt via train. Check in at the hotel/apartment and enjoy the day at leisure.

Zermatt lies at the foot of the Matterhorn. The town's touristic development is closely linked to what is most probably the world's most famous mountain. The vacation destination is a car-free zone, has preserved its original character and offers nearly unlimited possibilities as far as excursions are concerned. Walking, cycling, climbing and high-Alpine tours are popular activities in summer and autumn. Every year, the four-thousand-metre summits attract many Alpinists. 400 km of walking trails also guide guests who are not overly adept at climbing through the mountainscape around Zermatt.

Day 10 : Zermatt

Today explore the Matterhorn glacier paradise.

The summit lift will carry you to the highest viewing platform in the Alps, at 3,883 metres above sea level. A 360º panorama opens up, taking in 38 peaks towering over four thousand metres and 14 glaciers in the French, Italian and Swiss Alps. See if you can make out Mont Blanc – Europe’s highest mountain – and, further in the distance, the Jungfrau in all her radiant beauty.

Apart from the viewing deck, you will find a cinema lounge, fine cuisine, superb ski slopes, great hiking and biking trails and a wide selection of Swiss specialities to buy as souvenirs.

Day 11 : Zermatt - St. Moritz

Today transfer to St. Moritz via Glacier Express train. Check at the hotel/apartment and enjoy the day at leisure.

The Glacier Express is a direct train from Zermatt to St. Moritz. The train is also referred to as the 'slowest express train in the world': the journey takes about 8 hours. There is a good reason for this slow pace: the train squeezes its way through the Alps, through narrow valleys, tight curves, 91 tunnels, and across 291 bridges.

Day 12 : St. Moritz - Lugano

Today transfer to Lugano via Bernina Express. Check at the accommodation and enjoy the day at leisure.

Lugano is the largest town in the holiday region of Ticino. With Mediterranean flair, Lugano offers all the advantages of a world-class city, combined with the cachet of a small town. Lugano lies in a bay on the northern side of Lake Lugano, surrounded by numerous mountains offering splendid viewpoints. The traffic-free historic town centre, the numerous buildings in Italianate Lombardy style, the exclusive museums, the mountains, lake and a packed calendar of events all invite visitors to see the sights, soak up the atmosphere – and enjoy "dolce far niente". Thanks to its mild climate, Lugano is a popular tourist destination in the spring when the camellias are in bloom.

Day 13 : Lugano

Today enjoy this romantic walking tour from Lugano to Gandria.

Take a 1-hour walk on the Olive Trail with the best views of Lake Lugano. Stroll around the village and eat something in one of the many different restaurants in Gandria. A boat will be waiting for you for the return to Lugano.

Day 14 : Lugano - Lucerne

Today transfer to Lucerne via Gotthard Express. Check at the hotel/apartment and later enjoy the day at leisure.

A great experience of history come alive: The journey leads from Ticino along the historic Gotthard panoramic route to Lucerne. Starting at Lugano the journey takes travellers from the Mediterranean south right through the heart of Switzerland – and the Gotthard tunnel over dies Alps towards the north. En route, the church of Wassen can be seen from three different angles; thanks to the bold railway layout with its many loop tunnels it has become world-famous. Apart from the many sites, passengers enjoy special presentations about history, myths and legends around Gotthard during this historic journey.

Today, transfer to Zurich via train. Upon your arrival at Zurich, transfer to the airport to board your flight back home.
