Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival

Arrive at Hanoi airport and a private vehicle will transfer you to your accommodation. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 : Hanoi

Today explore Hanoi on a City Tour.

Visit the city’s main historical sites including a photo stop outside Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a visit to Ho Chi Minh’s house, which are splendid reminders of the great man who once led this country. Leaving the Ho Chi Minh’s Complex, venture around the West Lake and then stop by the largest and oldest church in Hanoi. St Joseph’s Cathedral was built in 1886 with an architectural style often compared to the Notre Dame de Paris. Continue to the heart of Hanoi, the Hoan Kiem Lake, with its magnificent The Huc Bridge and Ngoc Son Temple. Experience the spiritual harmony of different religions coexisting in the same place.

Day 3 : Hanoi

After breakfast, visit the ancient capital of Ninh Binh.

Visit Ninh Binh town and explore a landscape of soaring limestone, rice paddies, and winding rivers including the UNESCO-listed Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. It is known to travelers as Vietnam’s Dry Halong Bay. While Halong Bay has huge rock formations jutting out of the sea, Hoa Lu has rocks jutting out of the surrounding rice paddies.

Enjoy boat riding to Tam Coc Cave and visit Bich Dong Pagoda and Temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties in the afternoon.

Day 4 : Hanoi - Sapa

After breakfast, transfer by bus to the mountainous city of Sapa. Arrive in Sapa, transfer to the accommodation and check in. Later, proceed for Cat Cat Village Tour.

The closest village to Sapa, Cat Cat Village is a popular trekking destination to experience the distinctive culture and traditions of the Black Hmong tribe. Located in Vietnam’s Muong Hoa Valley, Cat Cat Village is also known for its stunning scenery of terraced fields, rolling hills, and waterfalls.

Take a short drive to the gate of Cat Cat Village which is home of Black H’Mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Your local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals. You will then trek down to the valley to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for photo with the bridge and waterfall after which you will walk uphill to transfer back to the hotel.

Day 5 : Sapa

Today, enjoy Lao Cai Village and Ta Van Village Trekking

Start from Sapa town, trek down 7 km to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong to see those sensual patterns of the terraces from above. Then, trek another 3 km down to Lao Chai Village, and 4 km through terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village of the Giay minority people. Enjoy a picnic lunch with a local family. You will be able to see the local house architecture and witness local daily life styles and exclusive customs. Enjoy the landscapes on the way back to Sapa in the afternoon. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 6 : Sapa – Hanoi

After breakfast, enjoy a Cable Car ride up to Fansipan Mountain.

Travel 3,143 meters above sea level during this exciting cable car ride up the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula, Fansipan. Take in an impressive scenic view of Hoang Lien Son Range and Muong Hoa Valley’s natural landscapes as you ascend up the mountain. When you reach the top, spend time admiring the breathtaking views and explore the various temples at the peak.

Later, transfer by bus to Hanoi. Arrive in the Hanoi, transfer to the accommodation and check in. In the evening, experience Hanoi street food on a walking tour.

Day 7 : Hanoi – Ha Long Bay

After breakfast, depart for Ha Long Bay, one of the most stunning natural wonders of Vietnam. Arrive at the jetty in Ha Long and hop aboard a luxurious cruise, your accommodation for the night.

One of the most popular tourist attractions in northern Vietnam, Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is known for its sparkling emerald waters, more than 1,600 towering limestone islands and islets, caves, and traditional floating villages.

Day 8 : Ha Long Bay - Hoi An

You’ll start the day with a morning Tai Chi exercise and an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay before the cruise makes its way back to the port. Disembark from the cruise and make your way to Hanoi airport from where you will catch a flight to Danang. Upon arrival in Danang, transfer to the accommodation in Hoi An and check in. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 9 : Hoi An

Today, proceed for Hoi An half day city tour.

Explore the streets of Hoi An Ancient Town on foot for a close look at the city’s history and landmarks with insights shared by your guide. This 15th-century fishing village on Vietnam’s central coast boasts stunning architecture that has been expertly restored.

Later, visit the Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge.

Enjoy a gravity-defying cable car ride through the misty mountains and pass by the famous Golden Bridge. Make sure to snap a photo of this incredible feat of engineering, an elevated walkway through the mountains supported by 2 enormous stone hands. From here we can see amazing beauty of Danang City. Later, learn about the history of the region on a below-ground adventure to see French cellars that were used to distil alcohol during the colonial era. As you explore the cellars, allow yourself to be transported back in time and imagine what life was like during this historical period. Next, take a gentle hike up Chua Mountain to admire panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Here you will also stop by the iconic Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple and Linh Ung Pagoda, famous for its large Buddha statue.

Day 10 : Hoi An- Da Nang- Nha Trang

After breakfast, make your way to Hoi An airport from where you will catch a flight to Danang. Upon your arrival in Danang, transfer to the accommodation in Nha Trang and check in. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 11 : Nha Trang

Today, learn how to scuba dive on Hon Mun Island off the coast of Nha Trang. 

A Discover Scuba Diving experience is a great way to find out what scuba diving is really like before you take the full scuba certification course. With one of the instructors or dive masters, you will enter the shallow water at the beautiful marine park, Hon Mun Island, with all the equipment that divers use to dive in the sea and learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive. You will be diving in the open waters under direct supervision in a small group of usually 2 students

Day 12 : Nha Trang

Today, embark on a half-day tour of Hot Springs and Mud Spa.

Day 13 : Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh

After breakfast, transfer by bus to Ho Chi Minh. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh, transfer to the accommodation and check in. later, in the evening proceed for Saigon After Dark Tour on a Vespa.

This thrilling tour of Saigon is part night excursion and part street food adventure. Journey through the streets of the largest city in Vietnam on the back of a vintage Vespa scooter, just as the locals do. See the sights and smell exotic foods as you zip through Ho Chi Minh City. Experience the nightlife of Saigon after dark, from the bump and grind nightclubs to street hawkers serving an array of hand-prepared southern Vietnamese food.

Day 14 : Ho Chi Minh

After breakfast, visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels.

An incredible underground tunnel network was constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels, over 250km in length and up to three levels deep in places, played a huge part in the Viet Cong’s victory over the Americans, allowing them to control a large rural area surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 15 : Ho Chi Minh

After breakfast, depart for the southern economic hub of Ho Chi Minh City to the area referred locally as ‘the rice bowl of Vietnam’ – the mighty river Mekong’s delta.

Arrive in My Tho and take a leisurely boat ride along the river. View the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet where you will have lunch in the orchard garden. Then, take a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre. Enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals. Enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of southern Vietnamese folk music performed by locals. Later, visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle. Taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village.
