Day 1 : Cairo Arrival

Upon arrival at Cairo airport, a private vehicle will take you to your hotel/apartment. Check in at the hotel and enjoy rest of the day at leisure.

Cairo is the capital of Egypt and the largest city in Africa, with a name that means "the victorious city." It is famous for its own history, preserved in the fabulous medieval Islamic city and Coptic sites in Old Cairo. It is located on both banks of the River Nile near the head of the river's delta in northern Egypt and has been settled for more than 6,000 years, serving as the capital of numerous Egyptian kingdoms.

Day 2 : Cairo

Today proceed for a full day tour of the Great Pyramids of Giza, Egyptian Museum and Bazaar

The Great Pyramids of Giza is one of the seven wonders of the world. With the great pyramid of Giza you will also get to see the other famous pyramids like the great Sphinx and the Cheops Pyramids. A single pyramid is built with 2.300.000 blocks.

Later in the afternoon, have your lunch in an Indian restaurant and then visit the Egyptian Museum, which was established in 1835. The museum exhibits collections now exceeding 120,000 objects ranges from the pre-historic era to the Greco Roman period. In the evening, stroll through Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous bazaars worldwide because of its amazing narrow alleyways.

Day 3 : Cairo

Today have an early breakfast in the hotel then proceed for a full day tour of Alexandria from Cairo

Start a guided city tour of Alexandria which includes a visit to the Bombay’s’ pillars, the Catacombs & Montazah Gardens. You will also pass by Alexandrina Bibliotheca & overview Qaite Bay citadel from outside.

Thirty meters high and built from Aswan pink granite, the Pompeii Column is thought to have been a present from the people of Alexandria to Emperor Diocletian. The majority of the remains found around the column can be been at the Greco-Roman Museum. At the top of the hill lies the entrance to the Kom al-Shuqafa Catacombs dating from the first and second centuries. They have been discovered by chance at the beginning of 20th, century.

Montazah Gardens is about 150-hectare park surrounding the palace of Khedive Abbas with its amazing architecture worth of Walt Disney. Visitors enjoy strolling in the gardens or swimming of the nice sandy beaches.

The new Bibliotheca Alexandrina is dedicated to recapture the spirit of openness and scholarship of the original Bibliotheca Alexandrina. It is much more than a library as it contains 13 different departments. It also hosts a number of institutions that are growing, and it is becoming the nerve center of many international and regional networks.

Qaite bay Fort has been guarding the bay for centuries. At the end of the Cornish rises the crenelated walls of the Mameluk fortress built in 1480 on the site of the Alexandria lighthouse

Day 4 : Cairo – Aswan – Nile Cruise

Today, transfer you Cairo airport to catch a flight to Aswan. Upon arrival in Aswan, proceed for a half day tour of Old Dam, High Dam, and Temple of Philae.

This includes a visit to the old dam and the high dam which provides irrigation and electricity to the whole of Egypt. Later, take a motor-boat ride that will take you to the beautiful Temple of Philae on Isis Island.

Later, embark the Nile cruise and enjoy rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5 : Nile Cruise

Today, proceed for an excursion to the great temple of Abu Simbel.

Abu Simbel is an ancient temple complex, originally cut into a solid rock cliff, in southern Egypt and located at the second cataract of the Nile River. There are two temples that were created by Ramesses II. The Temple was reclaimed from the dam to rescue from the rising water of Lake Nasser and reconstructed in its present site.

Sail to Kom Embo upon returning from Abu Simbel.  Visit the Ptolemaic Temple from Kom Embo that is shared by two Gods, Sobek and Heroes, in Kom Embo.

Sail to Edfu.

Day 6 : Nile Cruise

Today, take a horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus.

Temple of Horus was built between 237 and 57 BC. It is one of the best-preserved ancient monuments in Egypt. The temple is dedicated to Horus, the avenging son of Isis and Osiris. With its roof intact, it is also one of the most atmospheric ancient buildings.

Next, sail to Esna/Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor, visit the Karnak temple and overlook the Luxor temple that is like an open museum.

The Karnak Temple Complex, commonly known as Karnak, comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings near Luxor.

Enjoy rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7 : Nile Cruise – Luxor Departure

After breakfast in the cruise, proceed for a tour to the West bank to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple & colossi of Memnon

The West Bank is the gateway to the amazing Valley of the Kings. There are 63 tombs in the Valley of the Kings discovered till now. It also has the most popular graveyard in the world, the temple of the Female Pharaoh Hatshepsut, and a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon.

Later, disembark from the cruise and a private vehicle will transfer you to Luxor airport where you can catch a flight back home.
